Written below are the business terms in which Weight Loss Clinic provides a service to its clients.
Please ensure you have read and fully understood all our terms and conditions before applying for a gift voucher from the Weight Loss Clinic:
£25 Gift voucher for 1 diet initial consultation with 10% of future bookings
- One voucher per person
- Applicable to new and existing patients
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money
- Offer is subject to patient suitability for treatment
- Voucher can only be used for 1 initial diet consultation
- Gift voucher is valid for 6 months after purchase
The promotion period will run from 20th November – 31st December 2024.
