My name is Sam, your Health & well-being coach.  I’ve been helping people improve their knowledge and relationship with nutrition and exercise since 2005.  Starting out as a Personal Trainer I soon realised that weight loss is a complex matter, not just about food and exercise but also requires a deep understanding of ourselves – why we do what we do.

Our habits decide our future and are the key to long-term success in any weight loss journey and any other area of our lives.  This led me to get certified deeper into nutritional and behavioural science with the leading course, Precision Nutrition.
